I honestly figured what could be better than peanut butter chocolate chip cheesecake... These little bits were packed with peanut butter flavor and the addition of the chocolate bits gave these cheesecakes the little bit of sweetness they needed. I could have added a little bit of gauche or a lite peanut butter cream to the top, but they were just too good to add anything else too.
Mini Caramel Apple Cheesecake's with Caramel Drizzle
We were able to get some great apples from the local apple farm, which made the beautiful applesauce you see on top of those superb vanilla cheesecakes. The texture of the applesauce along with the silky smooth cheesecake and the graham crust was nothing you would ever forget. The added touch of the caramel drizzle just took these little bites to the next level in deliciousness.

My vanilla cheesecakes are honestly the best little bites of heaven you could ask for. The crust has a hint of cinnamon in it, which is a great added touch and it blended so well with the fresh blueberry sauce.

This was my first attempt at a Key Lime Cheesecake. The cheesecake has a delicate key lime flavor, while the topping is a vanilla coconut cream.. The fresh limes make for a beautiful garnish.

Caramel Apple Cheesecake
A traditional cheesecake recipe was used as the base for this cake. I drizzled caramel all over this cheesecake before I baked it, which gave it a nice sweetness. I then covered the cake with freshly sliced apples, and more caramel topping. Very yummy indeed!

This is my first attempt at making a chocolate cheesecake and I think it turned out very well. It's a bittersweet chocolate that I think pairs very well with the traditional cheesecake flavor. The cheesecake is very creamy and smooth, with a dark chocolate crust. This cake is very rich so a small piece will do you.
French Vanilla Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake
This is also my first time making a French Vanilla flavored cheesecake with a homemade raspberry swirl filling. The graham cracker crust has crushed pecan in it with a hint of cinnamon. The cheesecake is truly scrumptious. The cheesecake is velvety smooth and cuts like room temperature butter. The texture isn't like a traditional cheesecake it's very creamy smooth. The addition of the raspberry swirl just makes this cheesecake even more delicious.
Pumpkin Cheesecake
This pumpkin cheesecake has a Vanilla Wafer, Graham cracker, Cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger crust. The delicate pumpkin flavor is such a wonderful combination with this spiced crust. The cheesecake also has the added flavor and texture of chopped pecans baked into the filling. You can see the pecans in the filling, as you will notice in the last picture. Great combination all the way around and it's absolutely tasty.
