Chocolate Chip Cookies
These were some of the biggest, puffiest chocolate chip cookies I have ever made. Who doesn't love to eat a fresh, ooie gooie chocolate chip cookies...?
Nutella Filled Chia Cookies
My husband was on a Nutella kick for quite some time, and he really wanted to have some nutella cookies. This was my attempt to make him a healthy (somewhat) cookie. I used a traditional cookie batter, and added Chia seeds to it, which gave them a slight nutty flavor. I took the nutella and placed it in the freezer in the form of a log. Once the nutella was froze I placed a chuck of the frozen nutella in some of the cookie dough and formed a dough ball. I placed them on a cookie sheet and baked them off. I'm not much of a nutella fan but my husband ate almost the whole batch by himself. They must have been good. They do look appealing to the eye, which is always a good thing.
Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies
These dark chocolate peanut butter chip cookies look amazingly dark and a bit disturbing... LOL You might think that these dark chocolate gems would be very dry, but they actually were melt in your mouth delish...
Homemade Lemon, Orange, Peanut Butter, and Needhams (aka Potato candy)
This assortment of fillings will show you how versatile chocolates can be. I make these homemade chocolates each Christmas to give away in my goodie boxes. I'm starting to master the potato candy, and I have been told that they would be good with an almond in the middle, then covered in chocolate. I might give that a try next year. I have the best handed down recipe for these chocolates, and what I love most is that these would be good in any flavor. I'm thinking maple walnut for next year. yum

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Sandwich Cookies
These cookies are so melt in your mouth perfect. The peanut butter and oatmeal are a great combination, plus the peanut butter cream in the middle really gives these cookies an added yum factor.
