S'mores bars
I made the most awesomely delicious graham cracker cookie dough and used that as the base for this bar. I like to add some ground up flax and chia meal to some of my goodies just to add some fiber to the dessert. I added some chocolate spread and some broken up "midnight" dark chocolate. Then I added some marshmallow cream and marshmallows to the top of the chocolate. Before putting this baby into the oven I added the leftover dough crumbled to the top and some walnuts. These are some of the best S'mores bars that I have ever had. I will be making these again and again and again...
Peach Raspberry Poptarts
My husband truly enjoys having a portable breakfast that is good for him, so I have been making him homemade pop-tarts for breakfast. This dough is my most favorite to make and if you look close you can still see some of the cold butter in the dough. The sauce is fresh raspberry's and a fresh peach, that I made into a nice thick filling. It was perfect and these are perfect.
Pumpkin Pie
Pumpkin Pie is my most favorite of all pies. Simply Beautiful!
Lemon Cupcakes filled with fresh strawberry filling, and topped with Buttercream
These super lemony cupcakes where the best ever. We purchased some fresh strawberries from a local berry farm, and that is what I used for the strawberry filling. The combination of the lemon and strawberry was a fresh bite of summertime, which is something I could use right about now. These cupcakes are topped with a simple butter-cream that I must say I'm the best at making.

Mini Chocolate Walnut Brownie bites w/peanut butter cream and a candy wedge.
I made these little treats for the girls at work. These little bites were just small enough that you could just pop them in your mouth and enjoy how all the flavors melded together. Peanut butter and chocolate is the best combination.
Pumpkin Carrot Cake w/ Maple Glazed walnuts
This was my first attempt at a pumpkin carrot cake. I have to say that it was delicious and I will defiantly have to make this again. The combination of the pumpkin, carrots, and spices really works well together. The cream cheese frosting was just so wonderful and the maple glazed walnuts really gave the cake a wonderful crunch and texture... So delish!!!
Strawberry Rhubarb Puff Pastries
I was trying to figure out what to do with some of the fresh rhubarb that I received from my mother and decided to make these mouth watering puff pastries. The filling is a homemade rhubarb sauce, that's topped with a light strawberry cream, and it's all wrapped in a delicate puff pastries. Then dusted with a little powdered sugar.
Oatmeal Almond Apricot Bars
These Oatmeal almond apricot bars are so melt in your mouth delicious. The hint of vanilla, and cinnamon really made the whole house smell sinful. The apricot melded well with the oatmeal, and almonds. There is also a little surprise inside these scrumptious treats, and that's coconut... mmm
